AHSN Stakeholder Event – 11th September, 5-7pm

The Department of Health has now launched the bidding process for Academic Health Science Networks (AHSNs) nationally. Their primary purpose is to enhance the transfer of successful innovations into clinical practice through partnership working between healthcare providers, Universities, local government and industry. This resonates very much with the vision, values and approach to delivery we have established in UCLPartners.

We are delighted to inform you that our UCLPartners Academic Health Science Network Expression of Interest was accepted and we now need to co-produce a full prospectus for submission by 1st October 2012. We are committed to making sure that the design of the AHSN is heavily informed by all our members. Hence, we are delighted to invite you to join us on the 11th September at 5pm for a discussion about our Academic Health Science Network.
