Rebecca Graham

Director of HR
Corporate team

Rebecca Graham supports the central team and the research and educational programmes in human resources and organisational development.  She works closely with the corporate and clinical services programme and the cancer provider network, contributing strategic input to these evolving programmes.
 
Rebecca designed the HR function for UCLPartners and works to continue to embed the values and objectives of the organisation in all of our practices.

Dr Anna Moore is the Director of Operations for the Integrated Mental Health Programme. She was appointed in August 2012, following a year working with both Professor Sir Bruce Keogh’s Clinical Fellow at the Department of Health and NHS Commissioning Board, and Mr Peter Lee’s Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management (FMLM).
 
Anna worked as project manager for clinical transitions programme ‘Quality’ at the NHS Commissioning Board, describing how the board would discharge its duty to ensure continuous improvement in quality and outcomes.
 
Anna is currently working towards a PhD in Improvement Science at University College London and is committed to implementing a whole-system approach to applying the principle of ‘value’ to mental health. As a trainee psychiatrist, she is passionate about enabling trainees to make meaningful contributions to service improvement through education, leadership development and by creating practical opportunities for personal development through supported action-learning.
 
Before medicine, Anna worked as a chartered accountant and performance analyst.
